How the words you speak affect your life and wellbeing?

Words have the capability to build us or destroy us. You might have a basic conception that words are just used to communicate or to understand what the other one is saying.  But, words have more power than you can even imagine. They construct the world around you. The Words that we speak are made up of vibrations and sounds. These vibrations, based on how they are (negative or positive) build the world around us. It constructs our reality. Our subconscious mind is the reason for how we perceive reality. It handles 95% of our total life. And, the most fascinating thing about the subconscious mind when coming to words is that it does not process negative words. That is it does not differentiate "can't, not, don't, shouldn't" and those types of negative words.
